Honestly I had zero expectations for this product because most sachets taste absolutely horrible.

Oneshot is an excellent supplement to remain hydrated, especially when being on a carb free/ketogenic diet. Avoiding carbs often means loss of volume and strength. However with Oneshot I am almost training with my usual weights, even after losing more than 10% of my body weight, all while maintaing the lean mass.

First time user and absolutely love the flavours and texture. No nasty after taste. Better than competitors and good price. Will definitely be a regular customer!

For months & months I have been purchasing electrolyte/hydration sachets from other brands but it has been extremely unsuccessful thus far. I wanted something to help me along my weight loss journey and make drinking water better/easier because that is so so important. And sometimes water alone is not enough. The flavors are great and I can actually finish the cup in one go. Passion bliss is my top flavor, then Rumman twist (although I feel like tastes more like a cranberry type of drink) and the lime goes in last place. But seriously, they are all still so good.

I let my active 11 year old son to try and he has been loving it since. He has always been an active kid, and never had any problem with drinking just water. He refills his 700ml water bottle probably more than 3 times a day. I just felt maybe electrolyte could benefit him more. He loves all the flavors, lime burst being his favorite. He said he could feel the difference in his learning sessions too, where he doesn't feel foggy anymore and more focused.

I was surprised when I tasted how good it is, it doesn’t even taste like electrolytes, the price is amazing and it was completely worth it I will definitely rebuy, however I would recommend that you offer more flavors but the flavors you have are already great, specially the pomegranate.
