Hibiscus Dream electrolyte sticks have really improved my workouts. The flavor is light and refreshing with no weird aftertaste. It keeps me hydrated, boosts my energy, and helps me recover faster especially after intense workouts. Highly recommend it if you want clean, effective hydration.
I have been using Oneshot for a quite time, and it’s been a really helpful hydration boost for me during my training and triathlon races. It helps me in staying hydrated during the races specially in the hot weather in Dubai. So far Passion Bliss is my favorite flavor, and I really liked Hibiscus Dream even though I’m not a fan of hibiscus. However the cranberries touch made it taste really good so I can say it’s my second favorite flavor for now!

I’ve always struggled with drinking enough water and was always feeling dehydrated but this little thing changed everything. OneShot is so so good, it’s an electrolyte drink that actually tastes delicious. All flavors are truly tasty without the chemicals and added sugars, I highly recommend this product.
Regarding the box, it is difficult to close it well. The first one was better, and in general I liked the taste of the product all the flavors, and this is the third time I buy it. My suggestion Some incentives must be added as examples of new flavors or a gift for a bottle bearing your name.
